The ongoing development of our customers’ products requires a high degree of flexibility from us. Various customers’ specifications and environmental and safety aspects set high demands.
We meet the increasing quality control requirements by a continuous improvement of our production and test processes. Our quality assurance monitors the production according to ISO TS 16949 and VDA 6, Part 1
Modern process engineering, high willingness of our staff and suppliers, 100% checks which are integrated in the processes as well as tests and documentation during production ensure a constant quality of manufacture and efficiency of operating performance.

Quality assurance

Dimension checks are taking place according to DIN, international standards and customers’ specifications. To guarantee the dimensions the testing equipment is calibrated by means of DKD (German Calibrating Service) dimension standard by accredited testing laboratories.
Specification tests of raw material and metallographic tests of the heat-treated products during the production process guarantee the constant metallurgic properties of our products.
The efficiency of our quality assurance system is proven by internal audits, by the prescribed periodical audits of the certification associations and the quality ratings by our customers.
