After the company KRS Wälzkörper-Technologie had been taken over by the present owner in 1995
and the consequent realisation of a solid enterprise plan with considerable investments into new technologies it became necessary to put the story of success on a broader basis. This step was done in 2003 by the acquisition of the trademark MARABU.

Now far more than 200 years of experience and a matchless competence in nearly all fields of bearing technology are united under the same roof. On the tide of restructuring the company was renamed as KRS-MARABU Ball and Roller Technology GmbH. This step is a clear avowal of both parts of the enterprise - just in the sense of a merger of equals - and so our customers, suppliers and employees can be assured to have our company as a trusting and forward-looking partner.

The ranges of products which complement one another very well and the consequent usage of all synergy potentials will continue to strengthen our core competence and they will speed up our flexibility, customer orientation and internationalisation. Special forms and dimensions, surface and material qualities of balls, needle rollers, cylindrical rollers and technical special parts are now offered in an even larger variation and everything from one source, of course in small and medium batch sizes.

The high quality level of KRS - MARABU products is confirmed by the ranking as an A-supplier by our customers. We are certified according to
DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949
(Verband der Automobilindustrie - Association of the Automotive Industry)

Our quality management system was higher qualified according to the demands of the international automotive industry and it was successfully certified according to ISO TS 16949. Furthermore we have an examined environmental management system according to EMAS
